The first Growth Minds dinner began as a test. Could we learn enough from a structured, three-hour session to commit to doing similar dinners every single month? One year later, our nearly perfect attendance record speaks for itself.

Growth Minds is a fellowship of next-generation leaders built on the principles of consistency, structure, curation, confidentiality, and meaning.
